The UAE article 94 states that if anyone violates the law can be deported or blacklisted. Depending on the situation you can be deported. Or you can be blacklisted in the United Arab Emirates for certain reasons:
- If the tourist or visitor has been involved previously in serious criminal activities.
- If the person is asked to be deported by the UAE law or court.
- If there is a special order or permit issued by the ministry of interior affairs for someone's deportation.

- Anyone having HIV or AIDS or any other highly infectious disease can be deported back. If the foreign national is suffering from the disease the ministry of health think is a threat to the community.
- If someone is deported from the GCC countries for a criminal reason.
Visitors or expatriates currently staying in UAE can be banned or prohibited to leave the country. The Conditions like:
- The ban can be imposed due to the order issued by the public prosecutor in the United Arab Emirates. There is an ongoing case against the individual. Then that individual is restricted to moving out of UAE.
- The individual can be restricted to leave the country if the court has issued special order. It is done due to the ongoing case against the person with the competence which is still under consideration.
- The competent ministry of interior has issued prohibited orders against the individual. Due to the individual having to pay government debts or loans.
- If any absconded case is going against the individual in UAE. Then their entry or movement inside UAE can be restricted.

Blacklist UAE check
There are different sites for issuing visas, renewal of visas, or checking travel bans online in the UAE. But up to date, no government website is there for checking the blacklist information online in the United Arab Emirates. You can only check the UAE Blacklist offline through other channels. There are four to five ways through which blacklist in UAE can be checked offline:
- UAE Immigration office- Anyone having queries about whether he/she is blacklisted in UAE or not can contact the immigration office.
